Weakley’s Field, the 5.35 acre runway tract, is a Tennessee corporation. Upon purchase of land adjoining Weakley’s Field, 25 shares per tract are transferred to the new owners, which allows access and use of the runway. All shareholders of Weakley’s Field sign the General Agreement and these covenants include common sense restrictions that protect all owners and help maintain our peaceful community.
